The Nefesh Academy of Torah Psychology

Harav Yitzchak Gisnburgh founded a school of Torah psychology Torat Hanefesh in Israel in 2008. This was the first institution of its kind, teaching psychology from a Torah perspective. 

Over 2500 students have attended the Hebrew programs at Torat Hanefesh as well as about 100 students who attended its English 3-year program.

The school is unique in that the teachings are based exclusively on the Torah. 

The Nefesh Academy brings Harav Ginsburgh's innovative approach to mental health and well-being formally to the entire world.
