3 Lectures by Rabbi Moshe Genuth

A 15 year veteran of Harav Ginsburgh's School of Jewish Psychology in Israel and a prolific editor of Harav Ginsburgh's work in English and Hebrew

The first two lectures are part of our course "Introduction to Understanding and Rectifying the Ego" which will be taught by Rabbi Genuth. The full course is 8 weeks long and provides an introduction to how Torah understands the ego and how to properly navigate its effects on our lives. The third class will be a workshop on a meditation technique known as Chedvah breathing. The basis of this technique go back to the first Kabbalistic masters and it is useful for "hacking" the parasympathetic nervous system, particularly the vegus nerve. As we will see, the highpoint of this technique is its facilitating the entrace of the energy from the letters of the Hebrew Aleph-Bet into the body.
